Why 度·BESPOKE

Three things our peers cannot copy

Brand operations and industry background

Founder Peter Pei served as COO of China Lilang (HK01234) and was named one of China's Top Ten Chief Brand Officers in 2013; he has long advised textile and apparel industry bodies. The house began not as a tailor's shop but as a tested brand method.

Chairmember studio, Shenzhen Fashion Designers Association

度·BESPOKE holds the association's chair membership; the design team is recognised among Shenzhen's Top Ten Designers.

13 British & Italian mills

Strategic partnerships with Holland & Sherry, Scabal, Loro Piana, Vitale Barberis Canonico and eight more — quality decided at the source.

Occasions

Three occasions, both genders

Business boardrooms, once-in-a-lifetime weddings, and black-tie evenings. Each occasion is served for men and women with equal depth.

01

Business

Board meetings · roadshows · executive wear

For men: navy and charcoal worsteds built for long days. For women: the power suit — shoulder, dart and canvas balanced for a female silhouette, never a scaled-down men's pattern.

02

Weddings

Grooms · mothers of the couple · groomsmen

Grooms' two- and three-piece suits, gowns and qipao for the female party — planned backwards from the wedding date, with a shared design language across the family.

03

Black Tie

Galas · award nights · recitals

Tuxedos, dinner jackets and evening gowns with satin lapels, hand beading and jacquards — the category where our cutting shows its depth.

Power Suit

Womenswear is our signature

Most tailoring houses start from men's blocks and scale them down. We start from the female body: a deeper bust-waist drop, darts placed on real measurements, canvas chosen for a softer chest line.

Entrepreneurs, listed-company executives and family-business principals are our most frequent womenswear clients. Womenswear has been a main line of the house since day one, with its own pattern library and cutting standards.

The Process

Eight steps, one journey

Online booking → one-to-one design (Shenzhen Top Ten Designers) → fabric selection → measurements → individual pattern cutting → half-made fitting → collection → lifetime aftercare.

  1. 01

    Online booking

Reserve a private appointment at our Futian atelier; every client gets a dedicated one-to-one session.

  2. 02

    One-to-one design

A senior designer builds the plan around your figure, complexion, occasion and profession.

  3. 03

    Fabric selection

Cloths chosen from our 13 partner mills — Holland & Sherry, Scabal, Loro Piana, VBC and more — within your budget.

  4. 04

    Measurements

Posture read as carefully as measurements: sloping shoulders, upright stance, sitting habits all recorded.

  5. 05

    Individual pattern

A pattern cut for you alone — never graded from stock blocks. Archived for future orders.

  6. 06

    Half-made fitting

Shoulder, sleeve and waist corrected on the half-made garment — before, never after, finishing.

  7. 07

    Collection

Final worn check with your designer, plus a fabric care card.

  8. 08

    Lifetime aftercare

Free pressing and care for as long as you wear the garment — the real difference from ready-to-wear.
